You taught me many life lessons throughout my life. One of which stands out to me as a lesson I never truley understood until a couple of months ago when I had the privelage of seeing you one last time. To love is to care, take care of yourself first. You told me not to worry, and I believe thats why I have been strong since learning of your passing. You were always a wonderful man, teacher, and coach to me, but best of all, you are and always will be my Grandpa. I hope I can make you proud by passing on your teachings to my children and grandchildren someday. I love and care about you very much. I will miss you very much papaw. I know you will be watching over your “Tylernol” for my years left here on Earth. Until we meet again papaw, REST IN PEACE.

You will truly be missed..I will never forget the last words of wisdom that you shared with me Papaw..”Take care of yourself, dont worry about others, and do what makes YOU Happy.” You were an amazing man, and I know that you are no longer in pain anymore, and that God is taking care of you. I hope that you will always watch over me and your newborn great-grandson…I am truly sad that he did not get the chance to meet you, but believe me, he will hear plenty of stories! I love you, and care about you “Paps” and that will never change.
    Love always and forever,
    “Ashy”
